1. Oversee the implementation of global creative and visual merchandising standards to ensure luxury excellence and bespoke client experiences.
2. Lead the adaptation and execution of global visual strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive business performance in the Benelux and Nordics region.
3. Collaborate closely with six boutiques across the region to optimize visual merchandising, product placement, and overall customer experience, leveraging virtual tools and insights.
4. Manage regional creative production, including briefs, layout plans, and product placement, coordinating with headquarters.
5. Work cross-functionally with marketing, retail, merchandising, and operations teams to align visual initiatives.
6. Provide guidance and training to boutique teams on best practices in visual merchandising and product presentation.
7. Regularly visit boutiques in the Benelux and Nordics region to ensure alignment and provide on-site support.

1. Proven experience (10+ years) in visual merchandising, preferably within luxury retail or a similar premium brand environment.
2. Strong understanding of virtual merchandising principles.
3. Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Dutch, French, or a Nordic language is a significant advantage.
4. Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the Benelux and Nordics region.

2. Exceptional eye for aesthetics, detail, and luxury presentation.
3. Ability to translate brand DNA into compelling visual displays.

Minimum 10 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within luxury retail or a similar premium brand environment.
