Christian Dior Visual Merchandising Manager

- Ensure meticulous maintenance of visual standards in alignment with global directives across Ala Moana and Waikiki Boutiques.
- Address and resolve merchandising issues as directed by the Vice President of Visual Merchandising.
- Execute overnight window and floor changes to align with new product launches and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with boutique teams to uphold visual standards consistently.
- Upload store and project photographs to the internal Visual Merchandising application for corporate review and approval.
- Play a pivotal role in store openings and special events, ensuring visual excellence.
- Manage and organize props inventory effectively.
- 3-5 years of experience in visual display and merchandising within a luxury or specialty retail environment.
- Proven ability to translate design trends into compelling store window and environment displays.
- Strong strategic communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and train store management teams.
- Capacity to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Willingness to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
- Creative and original thinking.
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Relationship-building and workforce management.
- Deep understanding of the Dior brand image.
Minimum 5 years of experience in visual display and merchandising in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
