- Develop and maintain a network of support for visual merchandising activities, ensuring collaboration with Regional Retail Managers, Store Directors, and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee visual merchandising efforts, including collection launches, window changes, and in-store event setups, which may require work during nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Cultivate a culture of brand integrity and accountability, ensuring display maintenance and visual standards are upheld.
- Communicate weekly schedules and guidelines to all teams involved, ensuring transparency and effective time management.
- Coordinate display walkthroughs and participate in morning meetings to address merchandising concerns and align with corporate directives.
- Support other regions for events, pop-ups, and store openings as needed.
- Maintain partnerships with Central HQ Image Team and local category VM leaders.
- Ensure diligent handling and organization of props, maintaining an up-to-date inventory.
- Minimum 5 years of visual merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
- Proven ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, including HQ, corporate, and retail.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and train teams, build relationships, and maintain professionalism.
- Strong understanding of the Dior brand image and ability to uphold company policies and procedures.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
Minimum of 5 years in visual merchandising within a luxury or specialty retail environment.
