1. Communicate and maintain visual presentation direction and standards in retail locations and wholesale as needed.
2. Plan, review, and execute floor plans in collaboration with the Director of East Coast Visual Merchandising.
3. Support regional teams to ensure brand and visual merchandising standards are consistently upheld.
4. Interpret corporate direction to meet the needs of the business.
5. Ensure teams understand brand aesthetics and appeal to target customers.
6. Troubleshoot and address merchandising concerns from stores and senior management.
7. Convey changes in visual direction to stores.
8. Execute window and floor changes at flagship locations.
9. Re-merchandise according to sell-through and quantity of buys.
10. Implement merchandising techniques at the store level.
11. Communicate store deficiencies such as missing fixtures or lighting.
12. Direct visual direction and floor setup for new stores as per the Director of Visual Presentation.
13. Travel monthly to different Dior Boutique locations.

1. 3-5 years of fashion visual presentation experience.
2. Solid understanding of the Dior brand image.
3. Advanced English proficiency.

2. Ability to translate design trends to store windows and environments.
3. Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
4. Creative thinking and ability to generate unique ideas.
5. Strong time management and project management skills.
6. Ability to motivate others.

A minimum of 3 years in fashion visual presentation is required.
