Christian Dior Visual Merchandising Manager

- Communicate and maintain visual presentation direction and standards in retail locations and wholesale as needed.
- Plan, review, and execute floor plans in collaboration with the Director of East Coast Visual Merchandising.
- Support regional teams to ensure brand and visual merchandising standards are consistently upheld.
- Interpret corporate direction to meet the needs of the business.
- Ensure teams understand brand aesthetics and appeal to target customers.
- Troubleshoot and address merchandising concerns from stores and senior management.
- Convey changes in visual direction to stores.
- Execute window and floor changes at flagship locations.
- Re-merchandise according to sell-through and quantity of buys.
- Implement merchandising techniques at the store level.
- Communicate store deficiencies such as missing fixtures or lighting.
- Direct visual direction and floor setup for new stores as per the Director of Visual Presentation.
- Travel monthly to different Dior Boutique locations.
- 3-5 years of fashion visual presentation experience.
- Solid understanding of the Dior brand image.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate design trends to store windows and environments.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate unique ideas.
- Strong time management and project management skills.
- Ability to motivate others.
A minimum of 3 years in fashion visual presentation is required.
