1. Oversee the implementation of global creative and visual merchandising standards to ensure luxury excellence and bespoke client experiences.
2. Lead the adaptation and execution of global visual strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive business performance in the Benelux & Nordics Region.
3. Collaborate closely with boutiques across the region to optimize visual merchandising, product placement, and customer experience, utilizing virtual tools and insights.
4. Manage regional creative production, including briefs, layout plans, and product placement, coordinating with headquarters.
5. Work cross-functionally with marketing, retail, merchandising, and operations teams to align visual initiatives.
6. Provide guidance and training to boutique teams on best practices in visual merchandising and product presentation.
7. Regularly visit boutiques in the Benelux and Nordics region to ensure alignment and provide on-site support.

1. Proven experience (10+ years) in visual merchandising within luxury retail or a similar premium brand environment.
2. Strong understanding of virtual merchandising principles.

1. Tech-savvy with a strong grasp of digital tools and platforms relevant to merchandising, e-commerce, and visual communication.
2. Exceptional eye for aesthetics, detail, and luxury presentation.
3. Ability to translate brand DNA into compelling visual displays.
4. Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch, French, or a Nordic language is a significant advantage.
5. Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the Benelux and Nordics region.

Minimum of 10 years in visual merchandising, preferably within luxury retail or a similar premium brand environment.
