1. Oversee prop inventory movement and integrity by ensuring all items are properly cataloged at Dior’s off-site storage facilities.
2. Coordinate shipments by partnering with warehouse teams.
3. Maintain accurate tracking and cataloging of all shipments, including the receipt of invoicing.
4. Ship and track visual samples to Paris.
5. Create master PowerPoints of all locations to facilitate the zoning of in-store displays.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both in-store and corporate, to meet various business-related needs.
7. Assist with administrative tasks such as the creation of purchase orders and Concur reports.
8. Work closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager of LATAM to ensure priority tasks are met and adapt to urgent needs.

1. Minimum two years remaining in university studies.
2. Availability from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 2:30 pm.
3. Advanced proficiency in English.

1. Experience in an administrative capacity.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-through skills.
4. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
5. Ability to meet and prioritize fast-paced deadlines while being adaptable.
6. Maintain a positive attitude and build strong relationships with the team.

Beginner level experience in an administrative role is required.
