- Coordinate visual merchandising activities across France and Monaco under the guidance of the Visual Merchandising Manager.
- Develop weekly and monthly team schedules in alignment with rotations and events.
- Oversee the implementation of launches and ensure their execution in the field.
- Facilitate coordination between various VM departments, including Creation and Image, during window installations and collaborate with other departments such as Marketing and Product.
- Manage budget tracking for the designated area and analyze VM expenditures in collaboration with the VM Manager and Financial Control.
- Handle the procurement and logistics of props for boutiques, including consolidating needs, transmitting orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Liaise with suppliers to organize schedules and events.
- Participate in the installation and rotation of window displays.
- Ensure adherence to standards and guidelines.
- Communicate and disseminate information effectively to the entire VM France team.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising coordination within the luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of the luxury retail environment and its dynamics.
- Proficiency in relevant IT tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Fluency in English.
