Christian Dior Visual Merchandising & Logistics Coordinator

- Coordinate the logistical setup for new store openings, renovations, and visual merchandising rollouts, managing inventory of display materials.
- Assist in the creation and execution of visual merchandising plans and displays, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and sales objectives.
- Order and distribute all necessary visual materials from headquarters and suppliers to South Asia markets.
- Work with local suppliers to create purchase orders, track invoices, and manage vendor feedback for visual merchandising materials.
- Ensure all visual merchandising executions in stores adhere to the brand's visual guidelines and operational requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive records of visual merchandising activities, including photo documentation of executed projects, seasonal activations, and events.
- Handle standard administrative tasks, such as scheduling, processing expenses, and managing departmental trackers and contact lists.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in visual merchandising and/or logistics operation sectors within a multinational company.
- Creative ability to develop visually appealing and innovative product displays.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and effective communication skills to coordinate with local teams, suppliers, and regional/headquarters teams.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Proactive in anticipating needs, gathering feedback, and coordinating with various parties to resolve issues.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in visual merchandising and/or logistics operation sectors in a multinational company.
The position offers a 1-year fixed term contract with the possibility of renewal, providing a hybrid working mode that combines flexibility with professional engagement.
