- Oversee window display installations, in-store displays, and product merchandising across all categories in alignment with company directives and commercial objectives.
- Regularly liaise with key stakeholders including Store Managers, Facilities, and CRM to ensure cohesive operations.
- Participate in weekly walkthroughs offering strategic insights to enhance business success.
- Present commercial knowledge and visual merchandising action plans to support business objectives.
- Provide comprehensive training to retail teams, including onboarding for new visual merchandising staff.
- Collaborate with Managers to align on commercial needs across the network.
- Coordinate and oversee special in-store events as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and best sellers to maximize sales opportunities through strategic product promotion.
- Manage the ordering, handling, and organization of all display materials, sharing data and images with the VM Operations Manager monthly.
- Share photographic documentation of display rotations with the VM Manager, Northern Europe in PowerPoint format.
- Organize and conduct in-store training sessions on visual merchandising guidelines and standards for store staff.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the VM Manager, Northern Europe.
- Support visual merchandising activities in other locations, including UK & Ireland store rotations and events.
- Travel bi-weekly between all London locations.
- Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser in a luxury, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of current design trends.
- Demonstrated initiative and a flexible approach.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for Christian Dior and its collections.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
Full-time employment with flexibility required for Monday-Sunday scheduling.
