1. Implement and maintain in-store visual merchandising in collaboration with retail teams and during window changes, display rotations, and collection launches, following Central VM guidelines.
2. Develop zoning plans in accordance with store allocations and Central VM guidelines.
3. Create a VM installation schedule to ensure product rotations across all categories.
4. Prepare products for installations, involving department heads to highlight new arrivals.
5. Support special events orchestrated by the boutique's CRM Specialist.
6. Train and sensitize retail teams to VM guidelines to uphold brand image and identity.
7. Maintain constant communication with department heads to relay VM information and understand strategic and commercial needs.
8. Support commercial activity through display adjustments in collaboration with the purchasing department and department heads.
9. Organize and manage stock props within the boutique and external storage, alerting the zone manager to any needs or shortages.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising within the luxury sector.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
3. Creative, structured, and organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
