1. Oversee window display installations, in-store displays, and product merchandising across all categories in alignment with company directives and commercial needs.
2. Regularly liaise with key stakeholders including Store Managers, Facilities, and CRM teams.
3. Participate in weekly walkthroughs to provide strategic decision-making insights for business success.
4. Present commercial knowledge and visual merchandising action plans to support business objectives.
5. Provide training to retail teams, including onboarding new visual merchandising staff.
6. Collaborate with managers to align on commercial needs across the network.
7. Organize special in-store events as required.
8. Maintain product knowledge and promote best sellers to maximize sales.
9. Manage ordering, handling, and organization of display materials, sharing data with the VM Operations Manager monthly.
10. Share photographs of displays after each rotation with the VM Manager for Northern Europe.
11. Conduct in-store training sessions on visual merchandising guidelines and standards.
12. Support visual merchandising activities in other locations, including UK and Ireland store rotations and events.
13. Travel bi-weekly between all London locations.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in a luxury, fast-paced environment.

1. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
2. Knowledge of current design trends.
3. Ability to demonstrate initiative and a flexible approach.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
7. Passion for Christian Dior and its collections.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in a luxury, fast-paced environment.
