1. Oversee window display installations, in-store displays, and product merchandising across all categories, adhering to company directives and commercial objectives.
2. Regularly communicate with key stakeholders including Store Managers, Facilities, and CRM teams.
3. Participate in weekly walkthroughs, providing strategic insights to drive business success.
4. Present commercial knowledge and visual merchandising action plans to support business objectives.
5. Conduct training sessions for retail teams, including onboarding for new visual merchandising staff.
6. Collaborate with managers to align on commercial needs across the network.
7. Organize special in-store events as required.
8. Maintain product knowledge and identify best sellers to maximize sales through strategic product promotion.
9. Manage the ordering, handling, and organization of all display materials, sharing data and images with the Visual Merchandising Operations Manager monthly.
10. Share photographs post-rotation with the Visual Merchandising Manager for Northern Europe in PowerPoint format.
11. Conduct in-store training sessions on visual merchandising guidelines and standards.
12. Perform additional duties as directed by the Visual Merchandising Manager for Northern Europe.
13. Support visual merchandising activities in other locations, including store rotations and events in the UK and Ireland.
14. Travel bi-weekly to all London locations.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in a luxury, fast-paced environment.

1. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
2. Knowledge of current design trends.
3. Ability to demonstrate initiative and a flexible approach.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
7. Passion for Christian Dior and its collections.
