1. Develop and implement permanent and seasonal visual merchandising guidelines for jewelry and watches.
2. Support market teams during store openings, window installations, and visual merchandising rotations, including the use of the internal VM application.
3. Collaborate with creative teams to develop presentation tools and props.
4. Coordinate with operations teams for project follow-up and deployment of presentation tools.
5. Train visual merchandisers in various regions.
6. Facilitate coordination between internal departments on jewelry and watch-related topics.
7. Travel for store openings, market visits, and collection installations.
8. Participate in the installation of international events.
9. Set up showrooms.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Experience in the jewelry industry is advantageous.
