Christian Dior Visual Merchandiser Intern

- Implement and maintain the visual merchandising of the boutique daily, collaborating with retail teams during window changes, display rotations, and collection launches, following central VM guidelines.
- Prepare products in advance of installations, working with department heads to isolate new arrivals.
- Develop zoning plans in accordance with boutique allocations, central VM guidelines, and area manager directives.
- Educate and train retail teams on VM guidelines to ensure brand image and identity, participating in daily briefs to sensitize teams to VM rules and upcoming collection implementations.
- Establish and maintain constant communication with department heads to convey VM information and understand their strategic and commercial needs.
- Support commercial activity by adjusting displays in collaboration with the purchasing department and department heads.
- Organize and inventory stock props within the boutique and external stock, alerting the area manager to any needs or shortages.
- Currently enrolled in a fashion school, or pursuing a Bachelor or Master in marketing and communication, or a business school with an interest in fashion and luxury.
- Ideally, a first professional experience in visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.
- Creativity, structured thinking, organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
Entry-level, suitable for beginners with an interest in visual merchandising.
Currently enrolled in relevant academic programs.
