1. Implement visual merchandising strategies in the boutique, adapting to seasonal changes, window displays, product launches, and significant events, in accordance with brand guidelines.
2. Monitor and analyze competitors' visual identity, presentation techniques, and store layouts within the luxury sector.
3. Manage the introduction of new collections, understanding the storytelling and impact of new products to create displays that align with brand guidelines.
4. Ensure visual merchandising maintenance, including replenishment and daily checks before opening hours and throughout the working day.
5. Assist in preparing visual merchandising reports for submission to the Head Office.

1. Degree in Fashion and Luxury or related fields
2. Basic knowledge of visual merchandising techniques

1. Proficiency in IT (MS Office, emails, internet use, and Photoshop)
2. Strong administration and organizational skills
3. Effective verbal and written communication skills
4. Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
