Christian Dior Vice President of Human Resources

- Serve as a strategic business partner to the BU Lead of the Fine Jewellery and Timepiece division, providing expert HR guidance and insights.
- Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with the division's strategic goals, focusing on talent attraction, development, and retention.
- Oversee the talent acquisition process, ensuring the recruitment of high-caliber candidates for specialized roles within the organization.
- Ensure a consistent and effective onboarding experience for new hires, integrating them into the Dior culture and values.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Identify and address skill gaps, developing training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure efficient administration of HR programs and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop a deep understanding of HR needs within a manufacturing environment, partnering with site leaders to support operational excellence.
- Support local HR teams in social dialogue and negotiations with employee representatives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Provide global HR support to the Fine Jewellery and Timepiece retail communities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, management, employee relations, compensation, and HR operations.
- Experience in a multi-site organization, with exposure to corporate and manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of French labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in the luxury goods industry or a related field is highly desirable.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP).
