1. Serve as a strategic business partner to the BU Lead of the Fine Jewellery and Timepiece division, providing expert HR guidance and insights.
2. Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with the division's strategic goals, focusing on talent attraction, development, and retention.
3. Oversee the talent acquisition process, ensuring the recruitment of high-caliber candidates for specialized roles within the organization.
4. Ensure a consistent and effective onboarding experience for new hires, integrating them into the Dior culture and values.
5. Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
6. Identify and address skill gaps, developing training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
7. Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
8. Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
9. Ensure efficient administration of HR programs and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Develop a deep understanding of HR needs within a manufacturing environment, partnering with site leaders to support operational excellence.
11. Support local HR teams in social dialogue and negotiations with employee representatives.
12. Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, providing coaching and development opportunities.
13. Provide global HR support to the Fine Jewellery and Timepiece retail communities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
3. Extensive experience in all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, management, employee relations, compensation, and HR operations.
4. Experience in a multi-site organization, with exposure to corporate and manufacturing environments.
5. Strong understanding of French labor laws and regulations.
6. Experience in the luxury goods industry or a related field is highly desirable.
7. Fluency in French and English is required.
