1. Lead the financial planning cycle, including budget, forecast, strategic plans, and monthly outlooks.
2. Develop robust financial models for scenario planning, business cases, and investment decisions.
3. Analyze key variances versus budget and prior year; identify risks and opportunities with clear recommendations.
4. Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance, margin improvement, and ROI across key initiatives.
5. Produce monthly reporting packages for senior leadership and Group Finance, with clear narrative and insights.
6. Ensure consistency and accuracy in financial KPIs and dashboards across the organization.
7. Design and lead performance management processes and tools to measure and drive profitability, productivity, and efficiency across channels.
8. Deliver ad hoc business analysis to support strategic decisions.
9. Provide deep insights into commercial performance in partnership with Retail and Merchandising teams.
10. Develop and monitor performance scorecards at store, region, and country level.
11. Strengthen and maintain a strong internal control environment in line with Group standards and audit requirements.
12. Conduct regular risk assessments and lead action plans to address control gaps.
13. Oversee internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
14. Define and deploy policies and procedures to ensure compliance, operational integrity, and fraud prevention.
15. Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
16. Lead procurement strategy and governance across categories, ensuring alignment with business needs and sustainability objectives.
17. Optimize supplier base and negotiation processes to drive cost savings, quality, and service improvements.
18. Implement procurement best practices, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and transparency.
19. Support key sourcing projects, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and risk management.
20. Collaborate closely with legal, operations, and functional leaders to ensure seamless and compliant procurement processes.

1. 10+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, ideally within a multinational luxury or retail environment.
2. Proven expertise in FP&A, business performance, internal controls, and procurement.
3. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and an ability to connect financial insights to operational and strategic outcomes.
4. Deep knowledge of financial processes, compliance frameworks, and performance management tools.
5. Collaborative and persuasive leader with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.
6. Highly analytical with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and solution-oriented mindset.
7. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, ideally within a multinational luxury or retail environment.

The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $220,000 - $260,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
