1. Serve as an ambassador for the Dior Learning Lab, welcoming both internal collaborators and external visitors, and managing space reservations.
2. Assist trainers to ensure the seamless execution of training sessions, including IT support, space arrangement, and equipment provision.
3. Maintain the organization and readiness of training spaces.
4. Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and promotional materials.
5. Order snacks and beverages for the training bar as needed.
6. Handle administrative tasks related to training sessions, including meal orders and tracking participant attendance.
7. Update the Learning presentation displayed on the welcome screen.
8. Manage projects in alignment with departmental updates.
