1. Serve as an ambassador for the Dior Learning Lab, welcoming employees and external guests, and managing space reservations.
2. Assist trainers in ensuring the smooth execution of training sessions, including IT support, space setup, and equipment provision.
3. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of training spaces.
4. Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and promotional items.
5. Order snacks and beverages as needed for the training bar.
6. Handle administrative tasks related to training sessions, such as ordering meals and tracking attendance.
7. Update the Learning presentation displayed on the welcome screen.
8. Manage projects based on the department's current needs.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
