Christian Dior Training Manager

- Lead the training team and collaborate with the Country Manager to develop and implement effective training programs.
- Build and monitor a market-specific training action plan.
- Develop an annual training plan with long-term and mid-term visions.
- Align with the Regional Team to create or revise training programs and materials.
- Propose and manage the training budget in accordance with company guidelines.
- Deliver corporate retail training and development activities, ensuring objectives are met and effectiveness is evaluated.
- Spend at least 50% of time in boutiques, coaching on performance, selling techniques, and brand knowledge.
- Host seasonal collection trainings with the merchandising team.
- Organize and conduct company inductions for office and retail staff.
- Analyze training data to assess the impact and effectiveness of programs.
- Manage new team member induction training in liaison with HR, Retail Operations, and Boutique Management.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of the Dior Experience for all clients.
- Monitor and coach boutique managers on new joiners’ performance.
- Foster the development of retail team soft skills.
- Determine and manage annual training budgets.
- Audit and maintain training and coaching resources.
- Minimum 5 years of training delivery experience, including management training, selling techniques training, or customer service training.
- Good understanding of luxury fashion brands or retail industry is advantageous.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong training and coaching abilities.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about the luxury fashion industry.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training delivery, including management training, selling techniques training, or customer service training.
