Christian Dior Training Intern

- Coordinate and implement training programs, ensuring seamless organization and follow-up of all sessions and events.
- Manage communication for training initiatives, including invitations, posters, emails, and learning app posts, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the administrative back office of training programs, including registrations, monitoring participation, reporting, and updating development paths.
- Support the logistical organization of training events, including booking venues, hotels, restaurants, and managing materials and gifting stock.
- Act as Community Manager for the Learning App, creating and posting content in French and Dutch to ensure strong engagement.
- Create and translate learning modules in French and Dutch, manage Google Forms for registrations, and coordinate gift shipments to participants.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience in retail or luxury environment is advantageous.
- Project coordination and event organization skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in French and Dutch; English proficiency is a plus.
- Digital proficiency with tools such as Google Forms, email campaigns, learning platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Content creation and translation skills in French and Dutch.
- Administrative and reporting skills.
Beginner level experience is required, ideally with exposure to retail or luxury environments.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
