Christian Dior Training Coordinator

- Assist the Senior Vice President and the Training team in coordinating and producing training materials both in-office and externally.
- Collaborate with departments such as Merchandising, CRM, Events, and Client Development to develop training content.
- Manage time and adjust priorities to effectively support business needs.
- Communicate collection narratives visually and in written formats.
- Track productivity reporting and collect commercial results to evaluate the Training Department's performance.
- Coordinate logistics for Training Department events, seminars, and photoshoots.
- Manage the training calendar and logistics for internal and external trainings across the Americas.
- Maintain and manage the department's budget.
- Support the Dior New Hire Experience.
- Analyze product assortment and reporting by boutique to tailor training materials to specific needs.
- 2-3 years of luxury corporate and coordination experience in a specialty retail environment.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all organizational levels.
- Creative thinking aligned with the Dior brand image.
- Passion and curiosity about the fashion industry and business.
- Capability to develop interactive and comprehensive training programs.
- Willingness to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Minimum 3 years
Salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
