1. Assist the Training Manager in coordinating training activities at 30 Montaigne in collaboration with the France training teams.
2. Contribute to strategic activity management and facilitate training sessions.
3. Oversee administrative and logistical tasks including training deployment, attendance tracking, and session optimization.
4. Manage training facilities, including room reservations and preparations.
5. Monitor training KPIs and maintain activity tracking tools such as LMS, dashboards, and reporting systems.
6. Coordinate budget tracking and communicate with various training stakeholders.
7. Facilitate training sessions focusing on new employee integration, client experience, and product expertise.

1. Minimum Bac +3 (Bachelor's degree equivalent)

1. Adaptability and teamwork skills
2. Sensitivity to training, fashion, and luxury sectors
3. Proficiency in oral and written communication in French and English
4. Proactive and rigorous project management skills
5. Proficiency in office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint

Experience in retail and/or luxury sectors is appreciated but not required.
