1. Support the delivery and follow-up of Dior Academy trainings and in-store training referents.
2. Extract, monitor, track, and analyze training data.
3. Create content based on market needs.
4. Participate in the training, evaluation, motivation, and development of employees.
5. Organize training sessions to ensure the highest standards of customer service.
6. Assist managers with specific training focuses tailored to business and boutique needs.
7. Provide feedback on training execution and highlight employees with strong abilities or engagement.
8. Translate training content from English to Italian.
9. Record all trainings provided by employees and departments to monitor results monthly and annually.
10. Plan and present monthly training activities to the management team.

1. University education or a Fashion school degree (Fashion Design or Fashion Communication is a plus).
2. Proficiency in Italian and English.
3. Ability to activate a 6-month Internship agreement provided by a school/university for 40 hours/week.
