1. Assist in the development of seasonal and permanent training tools for trainers and retail teams, including the 'Collection Insider' and 'Expertises métiers' programs.
2. Contribute to the creation of digital publications for the e-learning application, managing the publication schedule and developing seasonal content.
3. Animate the internal community 'We Are Dior' by sharing looks, organizing contests, and compiling feedback.
4. Provide logistical and operational support for international seminars.
5. Participate in collection shootings in showrooms.

1. Currently enrolled in a business, fashion, or university program.
2. Previous experience in sales, training, or marketing within the fashion industry.

1. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Knowledge of Photoshop is highly appreciated.
3. Excellent written and spoken English.
4. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
5. Creativity and a keen fashion sense with attention to detail.

No prior professional experience required, but some exposure to fashion sales, training, or marketing is beneficial.

Currently pursuing a degree in business, fashion, or a related field.
