1. Contribute to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts through data analysis, presentation creation, training coordination, communication management, and event organization.
2. Assist in managing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives such as the Dior Day for Good platform and the Women@Dior program, including communications and logistics coordination.
3. Provide administrative and logistical support to various committees and taskforces, including DEI, Dream in Green, and the Workplace Experience Taskforce.
4. Enhance employee experience through onboarding support, recognition programs, and event coordination, including town halls and holiday gifting.
5. Assist in developing internal HR communications and managing communication channels.
6. Support employer branding initiatives by coordinating content logistics and talent engagement for next-generation events.
7. Develop presentations, edit and update documents, distribute communication guidelines, and manage budgets.

1. At least 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
2. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a complex work environment.
3. Initiative and problem-solving skills with strong communication, flexibility, and collaboration abilities.
4. Highly organized with attention to detail.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

At least 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role is required.

The appointed candidate will receive a salary of $20 per hour, with potential eligibility for the company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
