1. Implement an upstream traceability platform to map the production stages of Dior products, from raw materials to finished goods.
2. Define information collection requirements from suppliers to minimize environmental impact.
3. Prioritize and monitor IT developments related to traceability.
4. Facilitate change management by developing communication strategies, training sessions, and support materials for key users and suppliers.
5. Conduct sectoral and regulatory monitoring on upstream traceability.
6. Deploy Source Tagging across production to unify Ready-to-Wear processes.
7. Oversee IT topics and supplier technical documentation.
8. Define the 2026 planning for ramp-up and product improvements.
9. Test new functionalities and provide continuous support to Maison users.

1. Enrollment in an Engineering, Business School, or equivalent university program.
