1. Implement a traceability platform to map the production stages of Dior products from raw materials to finished goods.
2. Define information to be collected from suppliers throughout the supply chain to minimize environmental impact.
3. Prioritize and monitor IT developments related to traceability.
4. Facilitate change management by implementing actions for internal key users and suppliers, including communication, support creation, and training sessions.
5. Conduct sectoral and regulatory monitoring on upstream traceability.
6. Deploy Source Tagging across production lines.
7. Understand production flows to contribute to the unification of Ready-to-Wear processes.
8. Oversee IT-related topics and supplier technical documentation.
9. Define the 2026 schedule for ramp-up and product improvements.
10. Test new functionalities and provide continuous support to Maison users.

1. Student in Engineering, Business School, or equivalent university program.

3. Proactive with a keen interest in the luxury sector
4. Proficiency in French and English; Italian is a plus
