1. Conduct detailed analysis of production cycles and operations, specifically measuring and analyzing execution times of various production phases to identify potential areas for improvement.
2. Propose and implement solutions to optimize work methods, aiming to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
3. Visit external manufacturers to replicate time and method analysis and optimization, providing support and training on the application of best practices and standards defined by the Maison.
4. Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and improvements introduced at suppliers.
5. Support the Costing Office in drafting cost sheets during peak workload periods.
6. Prepare periodic reports on activities performed, results achieved, and improvement plans.
7. Maintain updated documentation related to time and methods and cost sheets.

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
2. At least 10 years of previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the footwear sector.

1. Expertise in optimizing production processes with specific experience in footwear manufacturing.
2. Familiarity with costing principles and cost sheet preparation.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Result-oriented with attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external suppliers.
6. Proactivity and autonomy in organizing work.
7. Willingness to travel frequently.

At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the footwear sector.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
