Christian Dior Time and Method Specialist

- Prepare periodic reports on activities performed, results achieved, and improvement plans.
- Maintain updated documentation related to time and methods and cost sheets.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the footwear sector.
- Expertise in optimizing production processes with specific experience in footwear manufacturing.
- Familiarity with costing principles and cost sheet preparation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Result-oriented with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Proactivity and autonomy in organizing work.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the footwear sector.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
