1. Manage and analyze material tests from collection to production, ensuring product excellence from conception.
2. Oversee quality inspections of materials, components, and finished products, managing non-conformities and ensuring data accuracy to enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Contribute to continuous improvement processes by monitoring quality indicators, analyzing performance, and implementing innovative action plans.
4. Coordinate quality assurance across all Baby Dior product categories, including ready-to-wear, footwear, leather goods, and accessories.

1. Degree from a textile engineering school or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in textile quality management.
