1. Serve as the primary liaison with suppliers to oversee and analyze material tests from collection to production, ensuring product excellence from conception.
2. Lead quality inspections for materials, components, and finished products, managing non-conformities and ensuring data accuracy to enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Engage in continuous process improvement by monitoring quality indicators, analyzing performance, and implementing innovative action plans.
4. Oversee quality across all Baby Dior product categories, including ready-to-wear, footwear, leather goods, and accessories.

1. Degree in Textile Engineering or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in textile quality management.
