1. Monitor and manage fabric orders, confirmations, deliveries, and invoices.
2. Calculate material requirements and oversee dispatches to manufacturers, ensuring timely deliveries.
3. Update order, reception, and fabric requirement spreadsheets with proficiency in Excel.
4. Adhere to and manage budget constraints.
5. Codify materials within the PLM Centric system.
6. Oversee dyeing processes and maintain fabric documentation.
7. Gather information from suppliers regarding fabric pricing, technical sheets, and eco-responsibility.
8. Negotiate prices and technical modifications with suppliers as needed.
9. Support fabric developers by liaising with suppliers during peak periods.

1. Higher education in textiles, fashion, or engineering (e.g., ITECH, ENSAIT, IFM).
2. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in fabric development or sourcing, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment.
3. Proficient understanding of fabric families (wool, cotton, silk, technical materials) and textile suppliers.
4. Professional proficiency in English; Italian is advantageous.

5. Proactive in managing priorities and coordinating across teams.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in fabric development or sourcing, ideally within a luxury or high-end environment.

Higher education in textiles, fashion, or engineering.
