1. Monitor and manage fabric orders, confirmations, deliveries, and invoices.

5. Codify materials within the PLM Centric system.

7. Gather information from suppliers regarding fabric pricing, technical sheets, and eco-responsibility.
8. Negotiate prices and technical modifications with suppliers as needed.
9. Support fabric developers by liaising with suppliers during peak periods.

1. Higher education in textiles, fashion, or engineering (e.g., ITECH, ENSAIT, IFM).
2. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in fabric development or sourcing, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment.
3. Proficient understanding of fabric families (wool, cotton, silk, technical materials) and textile suppliers.
4. Professional proficiency in English; Italian is advantageous.
