1. Provide outstanding customer service by maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment, including greeting and acknowledging customers.
2. Accurately process transactions and maintain cash integrity at registers.
3. Utilize proper telephone etiquette for answering calls, taking messages, and addressing customer inquiries.
4. Assist with packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise.
5. Lead customer exchanges or returns in collaboration with the Boutique Leadership Team.
6. Complete all opening and closing procedures, ensuring the security of cash and receipts.
7. Maintain an orderly appearance of the register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
8. Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
9. Provide support to the selling floor as needed.
10. Participate in inventory processes.
11. Support general Boutique operational tasks, including safety and security, policy adherence, and procedures.

1. Retail cashiering experience and operations experience, preferably within a luxury background.
2. Ability to work a full-time schedule including varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures, including lifting.
5. Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $20-$23 per hour, with potential eligibility for the company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
