Christian Dior Temporary Operations Associate

- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory.
- Maintain an orderly stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
- Process all inbound freight, returns-to-vendors, chargebacks, transfers, and damages in accordance with company policies.
- Support compliance with company policies and standards regarding safekeeping of funds, property, and record-keeping.
- Ensure stock is appropriately security tagged to prevent loss.
- Communicate with central distribution and corporate inventory control departments.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Complete price changes within the boutique.
- Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise when necessary.
- Solve problems and make informed suggestions to enhance service and productivity.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Participate in store meetings and training seminars as necessary.
- Minimum 3 years of retail stock/shipping/receiving experience.
- Proficiency in handling receiving operations and merchandise.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to accurately complete documentation and process information through computer systems.
- Capacity to adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Competence in operating necessary equipment, including phone systems and inventory-control computer systems.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy lifting.
A minimum of 3 years in retail stock, shipping, or receiving roles is required.
