Christian Dior Temporary Operations Associate

- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all shipping and receiving functions impacting store inventory.
- Maintain an orderly stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
- Process inbound freight, returns-to-vendors, chargebacks, transfers, and damages in accordance with company policies.
- Support compliance with established company policies regarding safekeeping of funds, security, and record-keeping.
- Ensure stock is appropriately security tagged to prevent loss.
- Communicate effectively with central distribution and corporate inventory control departments.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Complete price changes within the boutique.
- Assist in packing or wrapping customer merchandise as needed.
- Provide solutions and suggestions to enhance service and productivity in the receiving area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Participate in store meetings and training seminars.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Ability to handle receiving operations effectively, including proper handling of merchandise.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete documentation.
- Proficiency in processing information and merchandise through computer systems.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to operate necessary equipment, including phone systems, inventory-control systems, and office equipment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy lifting.
