1. Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all shipping and receiving functions impacting store inventory.
2. Maintain an orderly stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
3. Process inbound freight, returns-to-vendors, chargebacks, transfers, and damages in accordance with company policies.
4. Support compliance with company policies regarding safekeeping of funds, property, and record-keeping.
5. Ensure stock is appropriately security tagged to prevent loss.
6. Communicate with central distribution and corporate inventory control departments.
7. Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
8. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
9. Complete price changes within the boutique.
10. Assist in packing or wrapping customer merchandise as needed.
11. Contribute to problem-solving and service improvement in the receiving area.
12. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
13. Participate in store meetings and training seminars.
14. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail stock, shipping, or receiving experience.

2. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
3. Ability to read, count, and write for accurate documentation completion.
4. Proficiency in computer systems for processing information and merchandise.
5. Adaptability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Capability to operate necessary equipment, including phone and inventory systems.
7. Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
8. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy lifting.
