1. Provide outstanding customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming environment.
2. Accurately process transactions and maintain cash integrity at registers.
3. Utilize proper telephone etiquette for customer inquiries and communication.
4. Assist in packing or wrapping customer purchases.
5. Facilitate customer exchanges or returns in collaboration with the Boutique Leadership Team.
6. Complete opening and closing procedures, ensuring security of cash and receipts.
7. Maintain an orderly register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
8. Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
9. Provide assistance on the selling floor as needed.
10. Participate in inventory processes.
11. Support general boutique operations, including safety and security protocols.

1. Retail cashiering and operations experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
2. Ability to work a full-time schedule, including varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.
5. Adherence to company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.

Prior experience in retail cashiering and operations, with a preference for luxury background.

Salary range of $19-$22 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
