1. Ensure outstanding customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming environment, greeting and acknowledging customers, and maintaining housekeeping standards.
2. Accurately process transactions on registers and maintain cash integrity.
3. Employ proper telephone etiquette for answering calls, taking messages, and addressing customer inquiries.
4. Assist in packing or wrapping merchandise for customers.
5. Collaborate with the Boutique Leadership Team to manage customer exchanges or returns.
6. Complete all opening and closing procedures, securing all cash and receipts.
7. Maintain an orderly register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
8. Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
9. Provide support on the selling floor as needed.
10. Participate in inventory activities.
11. Support general boutique operations, including safety, security, and adherence to policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering and operations experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Ability to work a full-time schedule with varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures, including lifting.
5. Willingness to adhere to company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
