1. Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
2. Efficiently manage cash transactions and maintain accuracy at the registers.
3. Exhibit professional telephone etiquette in handling customer inquiries and calls.
4. Assist in packaging and wrapping customer purchases.
5. Facilitate customer exchanges and returns in collaboration with the Boutique Leadership Team.
6. Complete opening and closing procedures, ensuring all cash and receipts are secured.
7. Maintain the organization of the register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
8. Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping tasks.
9. Provide assistance on the selling floor as needed.
10. Participate in inventory counts and support general boutique operations, including safety and security measures.

1. Retail cashiering experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
2. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, with a preference for luxury background.

Hourly wage between $19-$22, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
