1. Manage, train, coach, motivate, mentor, and develop a team of Advisors.
2. Provide guidance in resolving customer issues by following defined processes to ensure the best solutions.
3. Support Client Service Advisors in improving their client service and communication skills.
4. Track and complete daily cases, monitor performance, and implement plans to meet KPIs and objectives.
5. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily workflow.
6. Develop and maintain brand awareness, product knowledge, and systems expertise.
7. Ensure detailed and accurate records are kept for each client, maintaining compliance.
8. Ensure health and safety guidelines and HR policies are implemented and adhered to.
9. Develop excellent working relationships within the Dior network.
10. Work cross-functionally with peers, colleagues, retail partners, and external vendors.
11. Provide support and handle complex customer cases.
12. Identify and assess opportunities for process improvement.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+3) required.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and managing a team, preferably in client services or luxury industry.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Strong initiative and solutions-oriented mindset.
3. Outstanding communication skills in English and German or Dutch.
4. Strong sales negotiation skills and clienteling experience.
5. Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail.
6. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and managing a team, preferably in client services or the luxury industry.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+3) required.
