Christian Dior Team Leader, Client Service Center

- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Advisors to ensure best-in-class client service.
- Support Advisors in improving communication skills, ensuring a professional and empathetic tone.
- Monitor daily cases and performance, implementing plans to meet KPIs and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to optimize daily workflow.
- Maintain brand awareness, product knowledge, and systems expertise.
- Ensure accurate client records and compliance with provided technology.
- Implement and adhere to health and safety guidelines and HR policies.
- Develop strong relationships within the Dior network and with external partners.
- Handle complex customer cases and provide expert resolutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the CSC and partner networks.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+3) from a higher education institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership, preferably in client services or the luxury industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong initiative and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sales negotiation skills and clienteling experience.
- Analytical and technical skills with attention to detail; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Motivational and inspirational leadership qualities.
- Results-oriented with a determination to implement change.
- Passion for Christian Dior and fashion trends.
A minimum of 5 years in leading and managing a team, preferably within client services or the luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+3).
