- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.

- Design and execute employee engagement activities to enhance loyalty.
- Champion inclusive cultures that align with luxury brand values.
- Drive initiatives promoting a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in management or related fields.
- Over 10 years of experience in direct sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of current trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Experience in retail and luxury fashion is preferred.
- Organized and strategic thinker with a process-oriented approach.
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong social networking abilities with clients.
Minimum of 10 years in direct sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree or above in management or related fields.
