1. Bachelor’s degree or above in management or related fields.
2. Over 10 years of experience in direct sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting.
3. Strong knowledge of current trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
4. Experience in retail and luxury fashion is preferred.

Minimum of 10 years in direct sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting in a dynamic environment.
