Christian Dior Talent Development Coordinator

- Develop and design presentations and documents using PowerPoint and other design software such as Adobe, InDesign, and Canva.
- Manage digital learning platforms including Yoobic and Harvard Manage Mentor, leading trainings and developing content.
- Lead logistical support for career and talent development programming for Retail and Corporate sectors.
- Facilitate and support various in-person and virtual programming.
- Track and report on employee participation in development programs.
- Organize logistics for training programs, both virtual and in-person.
- Manage data analysis and presentation development for the annual talent review process.
- Co-lead training on performance and development platforms, assisting with system maintenance.
- Drive yearly project mapping for Talent Development with quarterly check-ins.
- Lead marketing communication for the department and manage cost control and budget.
- Support HR teams with PowerPoint deck revisions and data synthesis from HRIS systems.
- Manage vendor relationships and processes.
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in talent development.
- Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.
- Organizational skills and project management capability.
- Self-initiative and ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
- Resourcefulness and ability to troubleshoot autonomously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in talent development is required.
The salary range is $70,000 to $80,000 annually, with eligibility for bonuses. Compensation is dependent on skills and experience.
