1. Develop and design presentations and documents using PowerPoint and other design software such as Adobe, InDesign, and Canva.
2. Manage digital learning platforms including Yoobic and Harvard Manage Mentor, leading trainings and developing content.
3. Lead logistical support for career and talent development programming for Retail and Corporate sectors.
4. Facilitate and support various in-person and virtual programming.
5. Track and report on employee participation in development programs.
6. Organize logistics for training programs, both virtual and in-person.
7. Manage data analysis and presentation development for the annual talent review process.
8. Co-lead training on performance and development platforms, assisting with system maintenance.
9. Drive yearly project mapping for Talent Development with quarterly check-ins.
10. Lead marketing communication for the department and manage cost control and budget.
11. Support HR teams with PowerPoint deck revisions and data synthesis from HRIS systems.
12. Manage vendor relationships and processes.

1. Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in talent development.

1. Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.
3. Organizational skills and project management capability.
4. Self-initiative and ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
5. Resourcefulness and ability to troubleshoot autonomously.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in talent development is required.

The salary range is $70,000 to $80,000 annually, with eligibility for bonuses. Compensation is dependent on skills and experience.
