1. Post job advertisements on internal and external job boards, ensuring all postings are accurate and up-to-date.
2. Support end-to-end recruitment processes including resume screening, interview arrangements, and coordination with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Assist with pre-onboarding and onboarding activities, including document collection, induction arrangement, and welcome kit preparation.
4. Input and maintain onboarding-related data across internal HR systems to ensure accuracy.
5. Follow up on recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure all steps are completed according to internal guidelines.
6. Communicate with external vendors for new vendor account registration and invoice management.
7. Support dispatch worker recruitment, including timesheet follow-up with external vendors.
8. Provide administrative support for talent-related events and activities.
9. Assist with general administrative tasks and deliver ad-hoc support to the HR and TA teams as required.

1. University graduate or above in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Career aspiration to grow within HR.

1. Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
3. Strong interpersonal skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
4. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Beginner level experience in HR or related fields.

University graduate or above in Business Administration or a related field.

Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition within a global organization, exposure to end-to-end talent acquisition activities, and the opportunity to learn ways of managing employee life cycles.
