1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy to build diverse talent pipelines.
2. Cultivate relationships with prospective candidates to enhance the employer brand.
3. Partner with LVMH peers to share talent profiles and recruitment best practices.
4. Assist in the full recruitment process, including job postings, screenings, and offer negotiations.
5. Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications.
6. Collaborate with HR and business partners to understand hiring needs and provide updates.
7. Contribute to the improvement of talent acquisition processes.
8. Stay informed on industry trends and maintain accurate talent databases.

1. 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 annually, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
