1. Provide high-quality workmanship to ensure the proper fit for both men's and women's garments.
2. Respond to client inquiries regarding alterations, fit, repair, cleaning, or care of garments, and make appropriate recommendations.
3. Accurately mark and pin garments for alteration and complete alterations according to the schedule provided to clients.
4. Press and repair garments as necessary.
5. Maintain an orderly appearance of the tailor shop and ensure supplies are stocked.
6. Organize and manage clients' altered and unaltered merchandise neatly.
7. Ensure all equipment, such as sewing machines, pressers, and steamers, is well-maintained and operational.
8. Demonstrate elevated client service during the selling ceremony.
9. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
10. Participate in store meetings and training seminars as required.
11. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

1. Previous experience as a tailor with extensive experience in both men's and women's luxury products.
2. Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.
3. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to work a retail schedule as needed.
5. Ability to operate all necessary equipment, including sewing machines, pressing and ironing equipment.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Excellent organization and follow-through skills.
3. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy garments.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in tailoring, particularly within the luxury sector.

An hourly rate ranging from $33 to $40, plus bonus eligibility, depending on relevant skills and experience.
