1. Analyze alterations required by following the pins and/or markings of the fitter.
2. Dismantle garments while noting technical details to ensure accuracy during reassembly.
3. Operate various sewing and finishing machines, ensuring they are well-maintained or reporting any malfunctions.
4. Reassemble garments, applying alterations to meet client specifications perfectly.
5. Press garments meticulously for a refined final appearance and thoroughly check each alteration for perfect fit.
6. Maintain a tidy and organized workspace to ensure optimal efficiency and presentation.
7. Adhere to internal workshop processes, alteration sheets, and schedules.

1. Technical knowledge of measurements, fabric characteristics, and alteration techniques (assembly, mounting, patching).
2. Significant experience in fitting and alterations within the retail luxury sector.
3. Proficiency in English.
