1. Ensure the proper fit of garments through precise alterations and repairs.
2. Mark and pin garments accurately for tailoring.
3. Sew alterations within the provided schedule to meet customer expectations.
4. Press and repair garments as needed.
5. Maintain an orderly and well-stocked tailor shop.
6. Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and functional.
7. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries about alterations, fit, and garment care.
8. Communicate customer requests to management and participate in problem-solving initiatives.
9. Adhere to company policies and participate in training seminars.

1. Minimum 10 years of tailoring experience.

1. High-quality workmanship in alterations, repairs, and pressing.
2. Accurate marking and pinning of garments for alterations.
3. Understanding of fit issues and ability to recommend appropriate alterations.
4. Knowledge of garment care instructions and maintenance advice.
5. Outstanding customer service skills in person and by telephone.
6. Clear and concise communication abilities.
7. Proficiency in reading, counting, and writing for documentation.
8. Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
9. Flexibility to work varied hours and days.
