1. Ensure the proper fit of garments through precise alterations and repairs.
2. Provide expert advice to customers regarding garment alterations, fit, and care.
3. Mark garments accurately for tailoring purposes.
4. Execute sewing alterations within the designated schedule.
5. Press and finish garments to the highest standards.
6. Maintain a well-organized and stocked tailor shop.
7. Ensure all tailoring equipment is well-maintained and functional.
8. Communicate customer requests and feedback to management.
9. Participate in problem-solving to enhance service and productivity.
10. Organize and store altered and unaltered merchandise neatly.
11. Engage in store meetings and training sessions as required.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a tailor, seamstress, or fitter.
2. Proficiency in operating sewing machines and pressing equipment.
3. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy garments.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
6. Adherence to company policies and standards.
