Christian Dior Sustainable Sourcing and Nature Manager

- Lead the operational implementation of the biodiversity plan in alignment with LVMH Group objectives.
- Define and monitor concrete action plans to reduce water footprint, deforestation risk, and achieve 100% certified materials.
- Support internal teams in integrating sustainability issues at each stage of the value chain.
- Draft, update, and communicate sustainable sourcing guidelines to operational teams, ensuring alignment with international standards and group commitments.
- Train and raise awareness among industrial teams and studios on guidelines and best practices in supplier relations.
- Ensure the application of guidelines in material selection and supplier evaluation processes.
- Identify, lead, and evaluate regenerative agriculture and water footprint reduction projects tailored to key House sectors.
- Collaborate with industrial teams and suppliers to integrate sustainable practices into the supply chain.
- Measure and highlight positive impacts such as biodiversity, water savings, and carbon storage.
- Strengthen partnerships with NGOs, sectoral initiatives, and scientific experts to support House projects.
- Represent the House in biodiversity and responsible fashion events and forums.
- Ensure alignment of actions with regulatory frameworks and international standards.
- Design and deliver training modules for internal teams on biodiversity, water, deforestation, and animal welfare issues.
- Support teams in adopting tools and methods to achieve 2030 objectives.
- Master's degree in Agronomy or related field, ideally with a specialization in water and ecosystem preservation or sustainable supply chains.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an NGO or within a CSR/sustainability department in the textile, luxury, or FMCG sector.
- Expertise in material sectors (textiles, leather, etc.) and certification standards (GOTS, RWS, LWG).
- Familiarity with European and international methodological frameworks (CSRD, SBTN, TNFD).
- Proven organizational skills and project management experience.
- Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
- Ability to unite and engage operational teams and work transversally with diverse teams.
- Excellent writing, teaching, and strategic presentation skills on biodiversity topics.
